As the UN and Police both have no active IAD, I've been playing as OIOS the last days which is led by the civilian branch of the UN to be the overwatch for the Secretary General of the UN.
Officers have been observed, recorded and be verbally warned. Court cases are initiated for repeated or serious failures or crimes and precedents are being created. More cases are being analysed.
I wish to thank to the honourable judges of the supreme court for their patience, fairness and cooperation.

Case: 28.05.16 - ET 11:30 PM
The United Nations established a FOB / Camp near Rasman. The road has been surrounded by sandbags.
In respond to an incoming report, an inspection has been ordered.
Following flaws have been detected:
- The FoB was unmanned for over 30 minutes of waiting, leaving all UN equipment behind.
- 3 fallen Trees completly blocked the sight on the road. Bypassing drivers couldn't see vehicles coming from the opposing road side nor they could see the placed H-Barriers. This is a critical accident causer and caused atleast one death.
- Governmental (PM) requests of removal were ignored
- Unsecured lethal and stun ammunition could be found inside an unlocked UN vehicle.
Possible actions against the latest officers in charge are being reviewed.

Case: 28.05.16 - ET 11:00 PM - 02:00 AM
Due the excessive use of SUVs and Offroads (Land Rovers), the pollution in Takistan is goingup to dangerous levels.
In response, the operating Government banned SUVs and Offroads (Land Rovers) from the roads.
The complaint:
- The Police force, as enforcing body of the Government, didn't enforce nor respect the passed laws.
- The United Nations, which must follow laws while out of their jurisdiction, failed to do so.
The Government was forced to take the enforcement into own hands.
Possible legal actions against all active, non cooperating UN and Police Staff are being reviewed.

Demands = Warrant removal
Case: 30.05.16 - ET 11 AM
At the given time the prosecutor found an abandoned super-huey at the eastern United Nations Border Checkpoint. The prosecutor noticed an Ospray hovering over the unmanned UN checkpoint and a small group of 2 individuals. During his investigation due the offence by repeated negligence by the UN, one member of the present group approached the prosecutors truck from a blind spot as proven by video records. The driver wasn't aware and ran over the unknown group member.
Another group member decided to draw his weapon in response, a fuel truck with highly flammable loading was being engaged with lethal gunfire preventing first aid by the prosecutor. After fleeing from the scene in self defense, an emergency call to the police and UN was made. Both failed to respond.
A few minutes after the incident, the police force created a warrant against the prosecutor with the reasoning of Hit & Run and refused any further talks. Valid information about how the prosecutors identity was obtained (( server message )) couldn't be provided yet the warrant removal was denied.
The defendant is therefore accused of:
- Illegal warrant creation (( metagaming via server messages )), as no witnesses, proofs nor any indices could be provided.
- Failure of duty
The police force pledged guilty and was fined 15k + the removal of warrants.
The possibility of a second court case against the high command of the United Nations in Takistan is being reviewed by the OIOS.
